SGT needed an IT partner with expertise in printer repair with onsite services to support one of its largest contracts with London.

Approach

PKS in partnership with SGT won the contract to support Marex Financial, offering an onsite printer repair services and supply of printer parts. The outstanding partnership has led to a renewed contract for a fourth year in a row, with an SLA of 99% during the time of the contracts.
